Yes. We can fully ensure you that all of our products are bought directly from sneaker retailers and are 100% authentic.

Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders are final. This means that no items will be exchanged, discount codes added or sizes changed.

Priority: 1 - 3 business days

Standard / General / Shipping: 5 - 12 business days

- The delivery time depends on the product and size.

- The delivery time for the selected product is displayed before completing the order.

- The delivery time may be displayed incorrectly. Contact us to inquire and we will be happy to assist you with accurate information.

As soon as your package is handed over to the post office, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation and your Swiss Post tracking number.

If you haven't received the shipping confirmation, then your order has not been shipped yet or the email landed in your spam folder.

Please note that some orders take up to 12 business days to be delivered.

Returns are not possible, as the product will no longer be brand new once you have tried it on. We strive to only sell 100% brand new products. Please inform yourself about the size before you complete the order.
