Refund policy

Returns are only accepted in the following case:

• You received a product or size you did not order.
  

If this is the case, we will exchange it for the correct size you ordered.

To request a return, please inform us within 3 business days of receiving your order using the contact form. Our team will assist you with the process. Please note that the products must be in their original condition for the return request to be accepted.

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

This is because we only sell brand new, 100% original products that have never been tried on. We want to ensure that our customers have the special experience of receiving and unpacking new, limited-edition products. In order to maintain the quality and value of these products, we cannot ship them more than once.
