You can enjoy shipping throughout Switzerland and Lichtenstein via Swiss Post's "Delivery against confirmation of receipt" service. We ship your order with a signature requirement to ensure the safety of your order in case you are unable to receive the package upon delivery. If this is the case, you can conveniently pick up your order at the nearest post office by presenting the collection note.

Costs

We are happy to offer you free shipping. You can shop with confidence knowing that there will be no additional shipping costs added to your order.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for our products depends on the product and size of your order. It can range from 2 up to 12 business days. The estimated delivery time is displayed before ordering and it is also included in your email order confirmation. We strive to provide accurate information regarding delivery times to ensure that you can plan your order accordingly.

Delays

Delays may occur due to waiting on our partners to fulfill your order. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process and as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive shipping information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Liability

Please note that if no one is present to receive your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for picking up the package at the post office on time. If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional costs required to reship it. These costs include a fee of CHF 10.50 for the package's return to us by the Post and a fee of CHF 10.50 for a new shipment to you, for a total of CHF 21. Once this payment has been made, we will reship the package to you. The same liability policy comes into effect if a package is refused by the customer upon delivery.

Our shipping policy includes the use of the secure shipping method Swiss Post "Delivery against confirmation of receipt". Therefore we cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is important to note that Swiss Post is a reliable and secure shipping partner.
